Value City Furniture Greenbrier Chesapeake, VA delivered on July-26 damaged sofa. I & delivery person informed store mgr on the same date. I went to the store, Mgr said a full refund will be issued and they will pick up both sofas. After 3 months they picked up the sofas and charged me $720 for return delivery & restocking fee.
